Movement Observed During Unique Laboratory Experiments

Award winning bi-annual research laboratory for advanced and professional artists in New York City a space to interface and incubate with the critically acclaimed Sidra Bell Dance New York. The project invites them into the intimate creative culture of the company and asks them to commit to creative stakeholding. Artists have the opportunity to dialogue and research with the artistic director through 38 hours of laboratory work and dialogues to deepen their approach to the material and its unique methodology.

Anatomiaeoccultii | Adam Barruch + Chelsea Bonosky

In 2009, Adam Barruch and Chelsea Bonosky met in Montreal, and began what is now a 10 year collaborative partnership. Their work together has led them around the world creating and performing under the epithet Anatomiae Occultii (Hidden Anatomy). 

T r a u m n o v e l l e

Traumnovelle is a new site-specific collaboration created by Anatomiae Occultii founders Adam Barruch + Chelsea Bonosky. The work will be presented at Arts on Site’s 5th Floor apartment space on St. Marks, 5F. Premiering in June, the first edition of a two week run the will be held for only 10 people per night. This new work explores the dangers in lifting the veil on our innermost desires, while following a couple in their apartment in what is perceived to be a quiet evening at home.
